i forgot to mention this last time, but did anybody else think that the little interaction between Bernardo and Light-In-the-Night was somewhat strange? The one where she draws a picture? You know which one I’m talking about. weird.

The second question being considered during this unit is: What does the way women are depicted in contemporary fiction say about our culture and identity?  Evaluate the purpose of presenting women in this way in your novel.
